in the first half of 2014, Huawei's global operating revenue reached 135.8 billion yuan, an increase of 19% year-on-year, ranking 285th among the latest Fortune Global 500. At present, Huawei's business has spread all over the world, serving more than 3 billion people in more than 170 countries and regions. Enterprise business is Huawei's main growth point and strategic development direction, and has achieved rapid growth in the Chinese market for three consecutive years. In 2013, the sales revenue of enterprise business in China increased by more than 45% year-on-year, and in the first half of 2014, the sales revenue increased by nearly 60% year-on-year. In China's ICT market, it is the only one with an increase of more than 50%. Among them, in the commercial market, the year-on-year growth reached 130% in the first half of this year. Such excellent results cannot be achieved without the strong support of all partners here. I also express my heartfelt gratitude to you for starting to expand production capacity

In addition to continuing to uphold the cooperation concept of fairness, justice, sunshine and transparency, at the beginning of this year, we optimized the channel policy based on the principle of giving more benefits to partners and helping partners develop and grow, including: larger and more timely channel incentives, improving the ability of supporting partners, fully authorizing frontline partners, etc; At the same time, we have increased investment in channel financing, brand funds, channel empowerment, it platform construction, etc., so that partners can further simplify the cooperation process, reduce transaction costs, improve transaction efficiency, and obtain better profits when cooperating with Huawei. At present, we have established a commercial sales team covering the whole country, and divided the commercial business into two major businesses: commercial segmentation and commercial distribution

in terms of brand marketing, on the one hand, we have increased the cost investment this year, on the other hand, we have also increased the intensity of brand activities. In the first half of this year, the exhibition tour for 100 cities across the country has been completed, and will continue in the second half of this year, focusing on the commercial market. We have successively issued policies such as business channel incentive policy, business project reporting, business history sharing system, etc. to promote the expansion of the commercial market
